Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Amazon's overall marketing objectives.
- Create engaging, relevant, and captivating content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and increase reach, using analytics tools to drive improvement.

- Manage the day-to-day handling of social media accounts, and respond to audience inquiries and comments promptly.

- Work closely with our influencer marketing team to cultivate relationships with key influencers to expand our brand awareness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to social media marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in e-commerce or related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling social media content and manage diverse platforms effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
- A keen understanding of social media algorithms and tools for performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.
